The mission of Friends of Blairsville Communities is to build a stronger, more vibrant community to benefit all the residents and businesses of Blairsville, Pennsylvania. The organization was created to work with public and private sector partners to obtain funding and support for development, redevelopment, construction and improvement projects; administer a neighborhood revitalization program; mobilize local resources and talent; complete projects that result in frequent, visible changes; capitalize on Blairsville's unique assets and preserve the community's sense of place.

Microgrants
The Friends of Blairsville Communities offers microgrants ranging from $250 to $2,500 to support projects that strengthen and enrich the Blairsville community. These grants are available to nonprofit organizations and are awarded quarterly to initiatives that align with our mission of building a more vibrant, connected, and thriving Blairsville.
